Nervous dogs and dogs that hate the groomer
If you have already given up on groomers once, you are not the first person to walk in here having done that. Claire had stopped taking her dog anywhere. Kasie-lei was nervous bringing hers in at all. Google's own review summary tags this salon with 'nervous dog' and 'relaxed dog'.
Absolutely thrilled with my dogs haircut! I had stopped taking him to groomers because of how hyper he was but Rachael has been patient, kind and loving towards my dog and you can’t ask for more! Thank you again Rachael for making this a lovely experience for both of us!
Why bring it here
Tell us what goes wrong, before you book
Whatever it is that has gone badly before, say so on the phone. A groomer who knows what is coming can plan around it. One customer's dog has skin problems and a medical history, and she wrote that she was listened to about all of it.
What the owners actually report
Not a promise from us: their words. 'Patient, kind and loving.' 'Incredibly kind and reassuring, both to me and my pup.' 'He was so chilled when I arrived to collect him.' Read the rest on the reviews page and judge for yourself.
No claims about handling we cannot back up
We are not going to invent a technique or a certificate to sell you this. What there is, is forty five-star reviews and three of them specifically about an anxious dog. Ring and ask Rachael directly what she would do with yours.
